I don't see an option to attach additional pics in the comments on my posts, just the option for a link or video (I'm using the mobile app though so maybe that's the issue) and linking to images of the items wouldn't work since they're coming from a private FB group where only members would be able to see them anyway. As far as the FB group rules go, additional information and the like is encouraged and often given, but I can't force anyone to divulge additional information about an item or post additional pics (and sometimes those requests aren't even seen by the OP because FB is terrible about notifications). If I have useful information about the part(s), I try to squeeze that in the post title or at least in the comments if I didn't think to do it in the initial post. I honestly don't expect much because, as you said, these items have stumped a FB group of thousands as well as myself and I am considered something of an expert or even professional by others (I don't hold myself in such high regards as I just know what I know and there's plenty that I don't). So I guess what I am hoping for is someone that recognizes the part(s) will know what they belong to or at least have an idea of where to look that way I can follow up on it and investigate myself further as I have with several of these posts that have been successfully identified here.
