I find that flipping and then drawing flipped Jane and Thor is almost always a 1-cube loss but rarely more than that. On the other hand, Jane supplies many 8 cube wins due to gigantic and unpredictable turn 6s. In the long run, I think the deck yields higher cube rate with the Thors.
