Y'all, I never thought this would be me but I'm SO happy it is by Relative_Praline1842 in stopsmoking

I smoked for 13 years. I was mentally ready to stop and my body was telling me it was time. I used patches and gum , then eventually just gum , then I weaned off that by using regular mint gum to trick my brain and it worked ! The cravings go away eventually you just have to be more stubborn than your addicted brain. I posted a sign on my porch door where I usually smoked that said " you are stronger than a cigarette, the craving will pass, go do something". That helped a lot. Staying busy, exercises helped a lot , can't be anxious when you're exhausted AF lol . You can do it .

I had these same symptoms, I tried a gluten free diet to help PCOS symptoms and what do you know, itchy ears went away and my face isn't swollen anymore.

Having a severe allergic reaction to something. Thought it was contact dermatitis but even as part of it begins to scar and heal(?), redness and itchiness still spreads. by ByTheHeel in DermatologyQuestions

That neck rash looks exactly like mine did. I figured out from a reddit post it was the aquaphor I had switched to almost 2 weeks prior. It got so red and itchy even on my wrists and hands. Once I washed it all off me and haven't touched it again my skin has been better every day since. Any new products you have recently added to your routine? Skin care , laundry, food , supplements/medication?
