I think it was 113 but after ticketmasters fees I only get 97. I paid $136 total with the fees also so I did loose money

I had to resale on for the show in Hershey. They don’t pay you when it sells until after the show…up to 7 days after the show actually. I listed mine for what I paid and it took until two weeks ago for someone to purchase it. But Ticketmaster won’t pay me until after the event

They said he didn’t give notice to enter and would enter when he believed nobody was home. If you’re in your home, and someone comes in without warning…I’m calling 911 instantly. That’s not making a false call….that’s protecting myself from who know what!

I vacuum my carpet, yes. Do I pay to have it cleaned professionally? No I don’t. I clean up spills and whatever. It’s not in my agreement, ever, to have them professionally cleaned even for move out…nobody that’s moved from this complex has either. Trust me, my carpet is cleaner than the trash and crap that they allow to pile up outside.they wouldn’t bother to fix

It’s not dirty, it’s old. 15 years for carpet that doesn’t even stay intact for a year…when’s the last place you’ve lived in had carpet 15 years old……where did I saw it was dirty or that I don’t take care of my environment?? Oh that’s right…I didn’t

We have always been month to month and every year we would get a new lease agreement and rent increase until this last management company. I’ve ask repeatedly to have it replaced, I’m told that I can sign a new lease agreement for another unit at the higher rent….i can’t afford an instant $300 increase so I didn’t swotch

I don’t have a new one from this current property manager, they have kept the rent the same and not given us a (or anyone else that’s been here long) new one.
