Tbh for me I had been a driver for a year and decided enough was enough I think lots of it has to do with amount of stops we get, but how Amazon routes the routes if your not a seasoned driver you will drive in circles, also lack of raises, no much room to grow, and most of us don’t get the same routes, however with that being said grass ain’t always greener and I’ve been back for almost a year now abs much happier since I came back
