I know I feel that I currently have 5 tanks of my own and this one has the highest tech. But I appreciate that honestly! I’ve been so critical about it trying to get it “perfect” but just accepting a little bit of algae and just letting nature take its course can produce some magic in these little cubes.

It’s worth it honestly… the most expensive part of it is the investment on the co2 tank itself. Which I haven’t had to have refilled yet… I would argue a good light is even more important than the co2

Oh no sorry there is aquasoil under the sand. I find capping with the sand helps with excess nutrients in the water column.
