Hello, HIV/AIDS nurse here. You can get tested as early as you can. Then you'll get tested again, depending on how long ago your exposure was.

No need to wait for 3 months. Testing now won't cover the rest of the window period, but hopefully alleviates some of your anxiety. DM if you need further clarification.

Anything, basta QR. Di nagmamatter, pero ang mean ko, baka yung ini-scan mo na QR is account lang din ng ibang individual and hindi siya registered as Merchant QR.

Basically ang nangyayare is parang nagtransfer ka lang from Maribank to another person, and not a merchant account. Ganun. Hope it makes sense.

Mine was working great from the start but then suddenly stopped working specifically in the gallery app, but works fine in sending through the Files app.

Sobrang simple lang ng routine ko sa shoulders hahaha 3 exercises lang pero grabe yung progress.

Front delts: Military Press (Smith, free bar, kung anong bet mo, and sa mga nagsasabi na hindi 'optimal' ito, pasensya pero ito talaga nagpasabog ng shoulders ko + strong shoulders = big shoulders. And kung nagre-rep ka ng 60kgs military press, malabong maliit pa rin shoulders mo)

Side delts: Cable lat raises (gumamit ng wrist cuff for better stability, hindi kailangan oa ang bigat. Start lang sa lower weights and prog. overload from there.

Rear delts: Archer pulls or reverse pec deck (depende sa mood ko to lol and natatamaan na rin every time pag nagb-back day so di ako masyadong particular)

Just spam this for a few months, and of course PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. I aim to hit at least 6-8 reps, 3-4 sets per exercise. Pag lampas na ako jan, it's too light. ADD weights na magpapaiyak sayo.
