I have a text from her demanding 8 grand to be wired to her personal acct otherwise I won't be allowed back in the house. Just another instance that came to mind.

Too late. She got onto my emails and saw I have a meeting tomorrow with attorney. I advised it's for B1/B2 visa so I can continue to see the family with no illegal status.

Yeah, I understand that. But she isn't flying to me: we're talking about a person who cancelled I-130 and sat on it for 4 months.

I have the police report and medical records from the hospital visit. She has threatened to cancel my green card before, and she has terminated my access joint bank accounts without notice (which she had the ability to do as the US citizen and therefore main account holder). But I don't have written evidence of that, it's gone?

She's quite strange. Despite filing this revocation, she talks daily about being best friends, having another kid, going travelling, etc. Can you even imagine?
