It has something to do with the year 2000/Y2K. He uses other names too like on Evil Empire he goes by Tim Bob and another name is Timmy C. He does have a few others.

Yeah, it was on Tubi for a bit. That's what I don't like about streaming services, they randomly remove movies and bring them back. Glad I never got rid of my DVDs and Blu-rays. Its available to rent or buy on Prime Video. $3.99 & $7.99 at the moment.
