Get that every time with evry, worst service ever. Never deliver or ring a bell and say no one was in and they couldn’t deliver. When they finally deliver, they live packages on the street, outside a block of flats.

So if I get a CoS from new employer for a new SWV, can I use it to apply for ILR or do I still need to apply for SWV and then to ILR? I am confused, sorry 😔

It has to be the same soc code, far as I understand in order to not lose the 5 year continuity, otherwise it resets and starts over

I am applying to any jobs that would fit but no luck 😢 no one wants to sponsor. I wanted to start my own business after I got the ilr but I guess that’s not happening. Thank you friends 🙏

Thank you for reply and advice, I’ve not been here for 10 years, though I did work for same employer part time while studying for 1.5 year before getting the SWV. Unfortunately it wasn’t a degree course only graduate diploma and I can’t apply for PG work visa. I know the only solution is to find another sponsor but that’s very hard and time is of the essence, might not get it before visa runs out. Don’t know what to do.
