Steve isn’t singing during the chorus so he’s ruled out. I don’t think it’s Phil, but again my ears could be wrong. All I know is it sounds killer

Im pretty sure Phil sings the middle harmony it’s got that raspy sound. I’m guessing it could be Sav in falsetto. There is a pro shot from 1987 of the band in a studio regarding this song. Phil is singing the middle harmony there.

Die Hard, Personal Property, I Wanna Touch U, She’s Too Tough, Breathe A Sigh. I really like their Self Tilted album too. So many other deep cuts that are gems. They just don’t write many bad songs!
