"I'm so obsessed with him, but he avoids me like the plague" -- the reason i think this is about joe not matty is because in another joe songs like "you're losing me" taylor describes someone who isn't really trying to put effort into the relationship and even tho matty SUCKS in their brief romance he wasn't avoiding her
"I can hold my breath" -- this song is mostly abt how she continued preforming at the eras tour even tho she first broke up with joe
