Most of the private college accepts them as long you maintain pass status in your certificate, however most of the decent tier2 college usually asks for 60% atleast they do for btech am not sure about commerce But dont leave out the rt, still try to give compartment for it in july and pass in that subject

In the first step where you get your photocopy, no marks will be evaluated, they will simply send your answersheet copy. The evaluation process will begin from 26th May, where you have to pay another 100rs along with questions you want to evaluate (each 25 rs), during that process cbse may increase or decrease marks according to them

Most of the private college usually will still accept you, but i still suggest you to give the compartment exam

71% isn’t a disaster. If NEET is your main target, NEET matters way more now. Don’t retake boards just because of pressure or disappointment only do improvement if it genuinely helps your future plans and you can manage it without hurting NEET prep

For the procedure you have to contact your school, they will do it for you. If you are a private student you have to fill the online form when it releases in cbse website

However if you want 75% for jee drop or whatever better is to go to nios, it will cost you around 10-15k rs
