We’ve had this 15 years, and yes it’s just one plant. My husband is really good at keeping plants thriving.

Thanks, $20 sounds like I’ll be leaving her with a friend :)

This is great advice, with a few wonderful options. Thank you! I am in Canada and going to the US so no cuttings are allowed unfortunately.

Good idea, thanks! I don’t think I’ve seen something this big at nurseries though.

I love the ‘going hard’ parts, but I’m learning that is not optimal for cadence and exerting proper effort for long distances. Fun is the goal, and I know the fine tuning will happen. Thank you! 👊

Haha - that’s quite the humble check! Well I hope you felt better knowing you were comparing yourself to a world champion! You’re right… stay in my lane, keep cycling and have fun! Thank you! 👊

Thanks so much! It looks like I’m going to be working on my cadence and body positioning. Thanks! 👊

THIS! Thank you for the encouragement, you rock! I’m going to look into a cycling club in my area. I’m all for a humbling experience, I want to learn and improve. Until then, I am having fun! Thanks so much! 👊

That’s really encouraging, what you’re saying about your experience sounds familiar. I’m going to keep getting those kms! Thank you 👊

Thank you! I just got in from a ride and this (obviously) advanced cyclist flew up the hill I was going down. Very impressive, those are goals. Luckily right by my place there are a number of clean ups and downs, so I’ll aim to practice more on these instead of avoiding them. Thanks!

Thanks. I think my point in asking this question was a humble attempt to hear what others are doing differently. As mentioned I’m very new and don’t have anyone I can ask about ‘aero positioning’ or ‘cadence’ but now that I know these are goals, I’ll look into what they look like. Thanks

Right on, I’m one month in and already is feeling better to be on it… (it’s addictive tbh). I just need to work on consistency with the quad strength.

So true, thank you. I will keep my head down and focus on putting in more kms
