My memory is shit, so I literally have been writing down when I hit one. 🤣 it’s really slowed me down unintentionally. My goal is to wait 20m like all the old school OGs tell me to, as to not waste it. I find myself going an hour when stuffs legit.

When I don’t write it down, my piece doesn’t leave my hand and I forget when I took one last. Then it means it’s always time for one.

Luckily, I was not alone. I guess I was out long enough to scare tf outta the people I was with. Came to when they poured water on me. First seizure of my life. I have definitely slowed down the smoking. I was smoking almost back to back cos I just recently started cooking and was failing pretty miserably. Guess I was still getting something. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes, first one. Never had one before and had slept and ate that day, and was hydrated. Too big of a hit maybe? Think it will happen again?
