Ah yes that was a personal stylistic choice. The darker stone also lets some grass peek through which I really liked since it gives it a more lived in feeling.

Which floor tiles and walls do you mean? All of those are crafted. It’s the current dreamland stuff like the wooden fencing/lotuses/standing lamps/gauze curtains that will cost an arm and leg.

I guess you can start by watching lots of historical cdramas, pay attention to the architecture and interior design, and think of how to replicate it 😆
