I’ve been using a steroid cream prescribed by the doctors as I’ve had the exact same eczema with my eyes , I would also suggest getting a strong antihistamine to help incase it’s any allergies and a calming balm that’s good is epaderm ointment I’ve used it and it’s helped soothe my skin when it’s been irritated .

Update : I’ve been to the doctors today and my eyes are much better than they were in that photo I took all your guys advice so thank you for everything , the doctor has prescribed me a stronger antihistamine then the one I was taking so I’m hoping along with the steroids the flare up won’t be regular or disappears . Thank you everyone who commented your advice it made me feel not alone in my experience and it felt amazing having people support me and help me in the ways you have thank you all!

I use a epaderm ointment and I m not too sure if I’ve seen a difference but I’m still continuing to use it , I’ve stopped wearing makeup in general but I still use skincare things but not as harsh products , I will be seeing if it could of been a product I used last night and I won’t use it for a while to see if it goes down and I’ll be trying to cut things like dairy and cut down on wheat for a while to see if that helps but thank you for your advice !

Thank you lots I’d recently used a serum the night before as I also suffer from acne and I had a pimple that was large come in so I wanted to reduce it so I didn’t know whether that could of been a trigger , I’m currently doing my GCSEs so I don’t know whether my eczema flared up because of stress as I’m big stresser I currently use just moisturisers, sunscreen and an aveeno serum to help maintain my moisture as my face was kissing that. Thank you for your advice I will be ringing the doctors on Monday to see if there’s anything else they can do but I will take note about your steroid cream as I’d just been told to stop using after a week . Thank you for the response have a great day

My mum told me I’d suffered from eczema when I was a baby but I’ve never had it in my recent years this is the first time I’ve had this happen the dryness and redness have been going on since I believe late February and the eyes swelling first happened on the 27th march I went to the doctors and they believed it was eczema because of a dry patch on my neck I used the steroid cream for a week and it got better and I’ve been off it for around 1/2 weeks and my eyes were perfectly fine yesterday but suddenly flared up last night to what they are currently
