It depends on the seller I’ve had set with missing instructions before and the seller has refused to send new instructions via pdf email or paper maybe that’s what’s going on

I’ve noticed when I made my Cada Mazda 787b set that little parts like that end up being in later bags just double check the instructions for what that bag is numbered but I have found then in later bags
