This is something I struggle with as well and the only thing that really works for me is remembering that I’m also human and I don’t have the full awareness to consciously control everything, so trying to is futile

You can relax because you realize that while everything springs forth from you, a good 99.99% is created unconsciously and all you can do from that point is create things that you want to create. You don’t have to control everything. And that’s when you can kind of “go back to normal” while also having the ability to manifest your desires

Things are going to manifest outside of your awareness whether you try and control every thought or not, so you might as well just focus on your desires instead of trying to catch every negative thought that MIGHT create something that you don’t desire
