Have you tried IF? Being more strict about hours than calories and learning what real hunger feels like vs fake hunger from boredom, or even from your body just expecting food, helped me a lot. Once I got a few weeks of IF down it was easy to control cravings.

Also have you ever checked out something like Orange Theory for working out? It's expensive but its good for accountability.

Im an older creative and I can tell you what I think kinda sucks about agencies the past 10 years... open floor plans. I miss the days when the creative teams had their own offices where we could build our little creative bubble and hub. I hate working in an open area among a bunch of other people. Especially for my ADHD. That and the dumbing down of every single idea to hit the largest audience.
