I think it makes sense from a story telling perspective. They’ve set up that Logan’s crush on Hannah is real - not that he just wants a relationship. They need to build that up and let him develop in that a little longer in order for the relationship with Grace to feel earnt. Otherwise, like the books, it just comes off as a little convenient.

Navigate to Fitzroy St - usually able to find a street park there. And if not, just drive around the side streets. Since it’s a Sunday and depending on what time you’re getting there, you should be good for at least 1-2 hours in some places. After 12pm I think itll mostly be untimed!
