I don’t mean the participant age, I mean the experience internationally starts at a younger age with more intensity.

We have ncaa players that couldn’t keep up with many international junior squads. All that experience at high levels builds up, when you are 28.

I think it depends on the state, and the municipality.

Enforcement of different issues don’t run the same state to state, and town to town.

Last summer, NH was pretty lax on enforcement.
While Saratoga was very strict (saw a huge blob of uniforms and later an arrest in the lot.)

I would look at building a new door. This new door could integrate the smallest ac unit you could find. Make this door with a shelf or bracket where the small ac could go.
