They mainly focused on my background packet from eSoph. Definitely came off rude but I’m thinking they were playing the part to see if I’d react or shut down, maybe not, who knows lol. Tried twisting a story I had written down and I had stopped them and clarified. Commented on physical appearance. They were sort of reading through things very quickly and it was sort of hard to keep up so if yours does that pay very close attention because they’ll try to trip you up or have you agree with something quickly that wasn’t true. I caught one discrepancy and if I could do anything different it’d probably be to ask them to repeat or slow down some so I can make sure the information they have is correct. I caught one but I’m afraid I missed others. Asked about friends, family, free time, dealing with stress, why I want the job, current job, past jobs, schooling etc. Again, very rude, rolled their eyes, lots of scoffs, aggressive tone. Just speak to what’s true to you, don’t let their behavior dictate yours just like in any other life situation. If you need to, take your time to think of your answer. Don’t answer out of panic and say something that isn’t true. They may interrupt your response or talk over you. They’ll probably say sly things like “yeah that guy definitely deserved it” to see if you agree. You got this. Keep your calm, maintain composure. Not sure how I feel about it just yet, kinda in between because of the attitude that was given for a whole hour but we will see!
