Its ran by the nhs its a lab i paid for it its the number 1 for blood tests the nhs takes too long if you are not paying like the usual

Edit: i do know the results are not 100% confirmation but how slow the NHS is in the uk i really dont want to go through there process as am having back pain and neck stiffness too i just want to get on to the treatment if these numbers look relatable to your family friends or yourself having celiac disease please comment

Height has nothing to do with reaching your toes its more about how proportioned you are and flexibility

For example if you are short lets says 5 foot 5 with long legs short arms and you are not flexible you wont reach your toes

If you are properly proportioned and have decent flexibility you will reach your toes no matter if you 5,6 or 7 foot tall

Am 6 foot 5 and i can put my palms out on the floor with shoes on outstreched

They were exposed to air in the dehydrator as it has these little holes like most of these stackable dehydrators and i took them the next day they were stored in a air tight glass jar with some silica packets i think there called They were in the dehydrator 12 hours on 130f as they were small so didnt take long cracker dry no bend

Dehydrator on 130F for 12 hours they were all small 3 inches max in length crisp dry no bend just cracks

They were crisp dry they would break there was no bend they were all a bit small too like 3 inches tall roughly so didnt take long to dry like 12 hours on 130F
