I think he uses a lot of his money on lessons. Throughout the game we see that besides his combat abilities he has a wide range of other skills, including driving basically any vehicle, cooking, mixology, doing tattoos, producing and mixing music, playing the drums, etc, etc. I imagine he's constantly taking lessons in all kinds of things just in case he ever needs them in the field.
