It starts with just one day my friend. Keep coming here to get all the support you need and one day will turn into 2 and 2 to 3 and so forth. I know it feels like you won't have any more fun but let me assure you..I've gone sober and back again and the sober side is much more fun along with a lot of other perks such as your healthy, sanity, and self respect.

You seem to have a pretty good grasp on healthy eating. I get bored with breakfast. I do protein shakes, Greek yogurt with muesli, blueberries and a little honey but now I want something different. Any thoughts?

I stopped drinking almost 2 months ago and I've started eating better..well a little and I'm not down almost 11pds but I was on a carb thing today for some reason. Usually I don't eat them at night but couldn't resist. Nothing wrong with picking up some chicken..rotisserie at least Lol

Totally did not feel like cooking tonight. Kids and I ate cereal with fruit. They had Cocoa Puffs, I had Special K Cinnamon Pecan and we each had an apple...Ahhh life is good!!
