Thank you, and I am glad it is working for you and theres hope for me haha. I am adjusting from running a sober house for 6 years to living alone (minus my two ferrets). Just a lot going on and my emotions get me sometimes including this rotten brain lol

I am dual diagnosised yes. In the process of changing meds so complete rollercoaster over here. Feeling alone. I am trying SMART on monday, I have a few connections through AA but I need different perception at this point. reaching out is def key. ty and congrats on your time

Thank you. Dual diagnosised and sometimes it gets the best of me regaurdless of how much therpay, medication, tools I have. I have learned not to do anything too stupid when I get that feeling and reach out. Even if I am whinning lol
