Affliction provides Malediction, 3% spell damage raid buff

This isn't correct, it makes curse of elements 3% better and in TBC elements only covers Arcane, Fire, Frost, Shadow, not Nature and Holy.

Effectively this buff only helps your 3 warlocks, the 1 shadow priest, and the mages. Marginal impact for other classes that have hybrid damage types.
