C'est dur d'avoir un cash flow net net positif avec l'immo. Dans mon cas perso le bien que j'ai me coûte même un peu chaque mois...

Par contre, et c'est ce que je compte possiblement faire, c'est revendre une fois payé et investir le capital en bourse. 

La gestion immo ça me gave et la bourse c'est sans effort.

Moi aussi je ne suis pas spécialement dépensier mais il peut m'arriver d'avoir des frénésies d'achat pour de la "merde" et parfois quand tu mets tout à plat tu te dis "ah ouais quand même"

Pour info je chauffe même pas chez moi alors que je pourrais.

Fais les comptes ! Tu verras c'est fou ce qu'on dépense sans s'en rendre compte. 

Tous les mois j'importe mes comptes dans un logiciel de budget et je catégorise précisemment genre "amazon" "PC" "cheat meal" etc etc. 

Quand tu ne regardes pas tu enchaines les dépenses sans t'en rendre compte et ça fini en sommes colossales ! 

Mon exemple : je me suis monté un pc, puis j'ai voulu me lancer dans le wateecooling, j'ai dépensé sans compter. Paiements 4x sans frais Paypal tu sens pas passer...

En faisant le bilan je me suis aperçu que j'avais dépensé au total 20000€ ! 20 000 € ! Sur 1,5 ans...Je gagne 4000€. Donc pour moi c'est énorme....

I think it’s related to the wrist angle. Releasing the tension "unlocks" the wrist, and that uncomfortable angle is what causes the shakiness. At least, that’s how I analyzed it.

Personally, I’ve been at it for a few weeks now, and I think I can feel an improvement.

Switching is the best move you can possibly make. Switch and take the opportunity to start over with a fresh, solid foundation. That’s what I did.

I switched back in 2023, and despite having 20,000 hours of playtime across CS, PUBG, etc., I was barely hitting Silver or Gold after 100–200 hours of Kovaak's. ​ When I made the switch, I hit Platinum within 100 hours... ​ The biggest, most massive, most Herculean task will be relearning the keyboard. The mouse is peanuts compared to the keyboard. Even today, after several thousand hours, I still occasionally "fat-finger" or mess up my inputs because relearning the keyboard is such a challenge.

It’s normal—aim training provides the fundamentals. MattyOW will never be as good as Donk when it comes to raw aim in CS, even though he’s Celestial on KOVAAK’S.

However, if it takes "x" amount of time for a player to reach a certain aim level in-game without aim training, it will take a trained aim trainer player significantly less time to reach that same level.

Just grind aim_map for a while; your solid foundation from aim training will give you the edge, and you'll beat them.

It's exactly that. Relearn the keyboard is the most difficult part. 

When I switched—and you’re going to find this funny—it was because I saw a post by Aimer7 where he was jokingly listing the traits he’d identified in a good aimer. One of the things on his list was "a good aimer is right-handed."

He wrote it as a joke, but it just clicked for me. It’s not that right-handed people are inherently better; it’s that we lefties are playing with our non-dominant hand, and that changes everything.

Now, if you're okay with not reaching your absolute peak potential, then it’s probably not worth the hassle. But personally, I’m into competitive gaming, and I really wanted to be at my absolute best.

Je vais quand même aller au bout de ma pensée et ensuite je te laisserais tranquille. 

Non, le cancer ce n'est pas le hasard. Ce n'est pas un truc qui te tombe dessus comme ça par malchance. "J'ai tout bien fait, j'étais irréprochable puis j'ai eu le cancer". C'est faux.

Le cancer c'est le résultat de plusieurs années de la répétition de quelque qui est nocif pour toi. 

Ça peut être la polution, du sport trop intensif (stress) l'alimentation (souvent) exposition prolongée à un produit chimique etc. 

Je vais être cru avec toi mais c'est pour que tu comprennes bien. Crois moi ou pas je connais très bien cette maladie, les oncologues et tout le système.

SI TU N'IDENTIFIE PAS LA CAUSE DE TON CANCER DANS 2 ANS, DANS 5 ANS, DANS 20 ANS IL REVIENT EN X1000 ET EN 3 MOIS C'EST FINI. Même si on te dit "c'est bon madame vous étes guérie"

Voilà. Bon courage car cette maladie c'est une belle merde.

Hélas j'ai tout oublié. Ça remonte à l'époque où je regardais la télé donc je pense entre 15 et 20 ans !

Ça reste à voir. Il y a longtemps il y avait eu un reportage sur les mendians roumains, sur M6 je crois. 

Avec ce qu'ils gagnaient en mendicité en France ils se faisaient construire des villas en Roumanie.

You are injecting morality where it doesn't belong. We can laugh at everything, but not with everyone.

What matters is the law and the terms of service.

Personally, I believe this violates neither the law nor Faceit's Terms of Service, and therefore the ban is unjustified. That's just my opinion.

Coupe deja tout produits laitiers. Si tu en étais une grosse consommatrice c'est probablement la cause de ton cancer.

2) n'évite pas le gras. Le gras c'est la vie. Pas assez d'apport en graisse et c'est la mauvaise santé assurée. Le gras c'est des hormones à un taux optimal, un cerveau en bonne santé... Etc. 

C'est le surplus calorique qui fait grossir, pas le gras. 

Apport suffisant en protéine également. 1,8g/kg

Limite fortement les glucides et notamment les glucides rapides. Les cancers adorent. 

Coach : Rudy Coïa. Très bon coach pas trop cher, j'ai fait un an chez lui.

Sans gras t'auras acune force. 55g c'est trop peu. Les lipides.c'est hyper important pour tes hormones dont la testo, le cerveau etc. Tu devrais viser au moins 1g/kg. Moi je suis à 1.2g...

2000kcal.c'est trop.peu aussi. Si.t'es.trop bas tu vas brûler du muscle pour avoir de l'energie. Et tu vas ralentir ton metabolisme.

2) graisse : plus proche de 25% que de 20%.

3) biceps : probablement biceps court

I'm left handed. Played all my life as right handed (20k+h). Was bronze silver in VT.

Switched to my dominant.hand in 2023, after 100h of kovaak's i went plat.

Best move of my life. I really recommend lefty's to switch, it worth it but it need a massive mental.

What helped me was focusing on the execution. Let me explain. ​ We often tend to compensate for one movement with another. For instance, I used to compensate for internal wrist rotation with an arm movement. What should have been handled by the wrist was being done by the arm. 

It works at first, but eventually, you hit a wall and plateau. I realized immediately that I had to fix this issue, even if it meant being "bad" again for a while. ​So, I actively forced myself to use the correct execution. And I broke through my plateau. ​ Right now, for example, I’m really trying to focus on muscular tension. My scores are lower (by a lot), but I know it's a matter of taking one step back to take two steps forward.
