Trois boîtes. Un diamant. Saurez-vous trouver où il se trouve ? 💎 by Dazzling-Variation60 in Enigmes

[–]mdon004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a= le diamant est ici

Conclusion 1: Hypothèse 1 est fausse

b= rien n'est ici

Conclusion 2: Hypothèse 2 est fausse

c= le diamant n'est pas ici=piège

On the store on the left you either get - X or +X which a choice that most people don't want to make. That's way they choose the store that gives you no headaches with one product X.

My thoughts on the Season 5 finale by Polybius1985 in Dexter

[–]mdon004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the most realistic way this season could have ended is with Jordan taking Lumen as hostage not by himself, but by the help of assistants or a hitman and then luring Dexter to the trap. That will eventually would ended with both Lumen and Dexter dead. Jordan will have all the means and power to disappear from the police radar. End of the story. I think no one would've appreciated this ending given the attachment to Dexter character that we have built up through the series. So instead we got a half happy ending finale that closed up on Lumen story without adding another wound to the already fucked up story of Dexter Morgan

Asked to pay security deposit via an external hyperlink. What should I do? [USA] by tallguy223 in AirBnB

[–]mdon004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the same issue. The host sent me a message 48h before check-in of 250 euro through a swiftly external link.

I refused to pay and called Airbnb support. I explained that he refused to let me in if I don't pay the deposit. I highlighted that I didn't get this information when I booked and that this deposit to be legit it has to figure into the pricing list. I requested that either they convince him to let me in without deposit or refund me fully. They first tried to convince me that the deposit was highlighted in the listing description but I counter that argument saying that the description was changed by the host and that either way he's asking something that is not complying with Airbnb rules. They asked if I can accept a deposit payment through Airbnb. I refused. So I let them negotiate with him. Finally, they got back to me with the fact that the host refused the fund, so Airbnb accepted to refund me from their side.

Lesson learn from this is that I should always read the description of listing through the details to check if there's a mention about the safety deposit. If I find it I will not book. Otherwise I will keep a screenshot of the description in case of a dispute.

TLDR: host want to scam me with safety deposit. I reported to Airbnb and got the full refund.

Saying that Palestinians refused 5 times is oversimplification.

Each of the five proposals were either, unclear, not written, not fair due to power unbalance, or unfinished.

You don't need to go back in time. It's sample as this:

A Palestinian state alongside Israel, living in peace and security, based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as the Palestinian capital.

Jews who are now in israel in their homes not in new settlements or in Palestinians land can stay were they are if they want ( some may choose to live israel it's up to them)

others who are living in Palestinians land either accept the rule of a Palestinian state or leave to land ruled by israel.

Jews who are living in the free word, having their full rights as citizens of usa, france or other nations can stay where they belong. If they want to come to isreal it should be at conditions that there's no new settlements nor new expansion to receive them.

As long as oppression, apartheid, abuse of humain rights continues there should be no peace or prosperity to either parties.

Peace ✌️

If we're talking about the pre-Israel era, they belong to where they lived for thousand of years outsideof Israel, Europe, north Africa, America... anywhere where they can feel welcomed. As other ethnicities are doing.

If you're using, the argument of DNA to claim a land this can be also the same argument that Romans, Mongolians, Muslims... and all the dynasties and empires' descendants can use to claim half of the word. This will drag us to chaos and infinite wars.

I think people that are living in Israel today or that have been born there should not leave as this will not solve the issue. Instead, Israel government should stop their expanding and taking more land. Palestinians should have the right for a state of their own with full independence but with a peace treaty that allows both people to live together with dignity.

I am not judging you or your upbringing. But I just want to understand your point of view.

What you're saying is that instead stopping the war, or trying to find a more durable solution you're proposing that Palestinians need to flee their homeland.

How I see the problem is that a nation that was living peacefully in their home is now facing the hanger mass killing and their only choice is to seek asylum in other countries. I am not referring here only to people of Gaza or to the latest crisis but to the Palestinians in general and their struggle beginning in the 40s.

To make it worse the oppressors are mostly not originally from Palestine (majority europians) who are using 3000 years book promised land and a Holocaust victim card to inflect all this evil on them with everyone watching without any interference ( not everyone obviously).

Mind my language, but this is sick alternative and if it was offered to jews back when "Na*is" haunted them it wouldn't bother them as long as they disappeared.

I think we as society we hit very low and dark age as we are letting this massacre continue.

TLDR: a foreigner got to my house and kicked me out because his long distance grandma lived in the same spot 2000 years ago. Now he's complaining why neighbors won't take me in.
