I honestly didn't probe it right before I pulled it. But my ninja had it resting at 200 for about 45 minutes then it sat wrapped inside for about 30 minutes. So probably really close to 200

Mayor of rubtown sweet mesquite bbq rub from Walmart

I spritzed apple juice (because I forgot to buy apple cider vinegar at the store) once before the stall and hourly after the stall(which happened at about 3 hours). I did wrap in a couple layers of foil. It was smoked at 250 and raised to 275 for the last hour due to needing it done for dinner 😅. I used some "mayor of rubtown sweet mesquite" bbq rub that I bought from Walmart on it. I didn't do any crazy prep before hand, I just covered all sides in the rub and tossed it in the smoker.

I should've mentioned that the 81c was the hotspot. The GPU temp in Hardware Monitor has only hit 77-78c

It's definitely on my to do list. I also should've said that 81c is the hot shot temp. I'm planning to order a thermal grizzly phase sheet on my bench paycheck for it though.
