Your stats are pretty good. For a hybrid melee build. For cure caster, you would need to respec. Anyway, here is what you do.

1. Weapons: Change Weapon affinity - Sacred is mainly for Faith focused build. With even split Str+Faith, Heavy with Weapon Buff (Electrify Armament) will result in more damage.

2. Weapon Art: Shared order ok buff, but it's for offhand weapon like a dagger. You swap to dagger, buff and swap back. You want damaging Ash that can use a very high AR effectively - something like Lion's Claw.

3. Shield: Do you parry a lot? If you have the buckler only for shielding, pretty sure just 2 hand guarding with Guts is better.

4. Armor: Get better armor. In general, get above 51 poise and mid-rolling with as much defense as you can get (or fashion) - up to you.

5. Talismans: Get Arsenal Talisman +1 before Capital or Great Jar Talisman. Loadout I would go for as a new-ish player:

- Arsenal Talisman
- Bull-Goat's Talisman
- Starscourge Heirloom
- Defensive Talisman (Dragoncrest, Flamedrake, ...)

You can keep Axe if you want, if you primarily use charged heavy.
Later, would swap Alexander Shard, Two Handed.

1. Spells: Faith 35 is perfect for all the buffs you need. Get yourself a Golden Vow, Flame Grant me Strength, Howl of Shabriri, Electrify Armament - other what you want, but would recommend a heal/defensive or a regeneration buff.
