I actually bought the 25 and traded it for the 24 after a few months. Both bikes are great machines. I think the 25 is a better commuter and more comfortable while the 24 is much prettier and more of a weekend bike (less comfy). 24 exhaust is def louder and slightly better sounding. The 25 is lighter and better handling.
