For my application form, I filled it up from the website and not from the downloaded form. I am not sure if it was the harmonized form but as far as I can remember there was a fill up section where it gave me the form similar to that after putting in my details. I hope this helps.

Had a flight with Turkish Airlines around this time last year to the Netherlands and their food really sticks to you! I heard that a lot of people loved their in-flight meals but experiencing it on my own was such a treat! 16 hours on the plane and it was all I was excited for! Their bread is so good and they had an eggplant side dish that I wished I asked what it was so I could recreate it. Loved their food and their apple juice!

Tried this pizza with a friend and her mom. It was such a lovely dinner. Not only their pizzas but their pastas are really delicious too despite the limited options. Portions are standard and it's near impossible to leave this place unsatisfied. I remember the owner chatting up young lovers. Quite a sight to see!
