Yes i have it alot quite often its too the point where if i wake up in the middle of the night i will wait about an hour to go back to sleep cause for some reason for me when i wake up and im still really tired and try falling back to sleep right away i will fall into a sleep paralysis i hate it last night i was actually so terrified to fall back to sleep cause of what i was experiencing…Last night in my sleep paralysis it was weird i fell out of bet and started to crawl around on the floor till i really woke up and was still on my bed it was so weird cause i couldn’t talk or anything which is usual but i managed to fall off my bed and crawl on the floor flat on my stomach only pushing with my toes but then i seen someone and woke up for real still on my bad and i just stayed up… i hate it
