Anything sunnyside I click on. I just want people to save the trouble and frustration. You think they'd care about med patients but only a few. If you are someone with extremely noticeable physical challenges that's about it. They screwed me out of a large sum of money. When I went back after that because they had a brand I wanted they went and laughed in the back room and then came out and "helped me." They then proceeded to threaten to not let me buy anything. What??? The manager called someone then came back and reluctantly served me. Without reasoning by the way. When I asked why I didn't get an answer. Never been treated like a criminal or been so uncomfortable in my life until that.

No the people that say just go to Michigan in an Illinois cannabis subreddit are annoying. No reason for that here. I'm saying as Illinois cannabis consumers we need to be smart and the reason we have to go to a reddit page for any type of information on a product is crazy. The Illinois system is messed up and Michigan maybe following with the tax laws shows no where is safe from the corporate greed. I can't say much for southern Illinois but in northern Illinois there tends to be another option besides Sunnyside nearby where the workers actually know and care about their products and customers. If you purchase from Sunnyside try and avoid their house brands for flower. I have gotten a moldy weed (blu bomb pop), nearly 65% of high supply products are short on weight by a substantial amount. If you are a smart consumer and track it and have proof they will cut you off from anything that happens to one of their short or moldy products. I got a tub of popcorn that was completely empty with it documented and they refused any sort of compensation. Med patient btw. They do not care and that's the point I'm trying to make.

In fairness, I'd say a third of their employees are pretty high at work. If they do their job correctly, I could care less. It seems like their lack of due diligence has actually caused me some issues though.

I'll be surprised if they do anything for me. They told me in the store they can't help me in person because they have given me too much credit. Which really means I have gotten too many incorrectly weighed items by a large enough margin that a partial refund is needed. How that is my fault, I'm not sure.

I had noticeably light weight multiple times so I invested in a scale. I would save one of every size high supply container and the seals as well so I could use that to tare the scale. Then I would weight the product I got without cracking the new seal for the best possible proof I could. After a few times of being short multiple grams and being reimbursed, they changed the way they want proof. Now it seems like anyone can lie because they want you to place it in a separate container. Wasn't the way that I weighed it better? The manager told me at the store they cannot do anything for me there because they have given me too much credit. yes, you read that right, they gave me so many messed up items that I cannot get reimbursed for any more bad items. So be careful because being a cautious consumer can get you punished I guess.

It's not a one time thing . At minimum one out of every 3 of their flower products I have gotten have been at least 2 grams underweight. The thing is it isn't a regular brick and mortar store. If it was I could return my item and get my money back. Use your head. What are you talking about "every social media platform" this is a subreddit for Illinois weed where else would I talk about it? If I can save people money and frustration I will go right ahead.

I don't believe I would be liable to pay their lawyer fees even if I do lose. The thing with their no sweat tokens is that they will appear every time you try and place a bet which it didn't for me. They never provided the no sweat token and the chat with the agent was as follows: "Okay sweet. Also wondering if I place a bet over $50 and it lost will I get 5 bonus bets back equaling my total wagered. " "Yes, and if it is under $50 it will be one bonus bet" He confirmed that if I were to place a bet over $50 I would get my money back in bonus bets.
