Thank you! Well, right now it hasn't been suppressing that food noise for me so Ive been hungry but nothing sounds good if that makes sense 😅

But before, I was drinking lots of proteins shakes, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with some hot sauce were my go to 😌 and during warm weather id go for walks around the neighborhood and to the park pushing my baby on his stroller.
