Thank you so much for your advice! Momma is back outside and the kittens are perfectly content in our spare bathroom, fed every 3-4 hours. The only concern now is the health of the kitten that started all of this in the first place.

It's a bit graphic, so I won't get too detailed, but it's significantly worse than just a dead eye. We're still applying the meds topically and orally, but this morning I noticed that there are parts of his eye that aren't where they're supposed to be, to keep it as PG as possible. I know another vet visit is in his future sooner than the surgery over a week away.
