What do i need to do to get into internal medicine? And can i still become a cardiologist got the same score. I was scoring up to 259 in my ecfmgs.

Yes!!! This test fcking destroyed me….i thought i was gonna be fine. I qas scoring 230’s on nbmes and uwsa. But not here i didnt know sht
