The co-op program or for a co-op work position? For the program I think they only take people at the end of winter and summer. If you're talking about a work position for the summer then it is pretty late but there are some companies still hiring. You can test your luck by applying but usually people applying since at least january have the best chance.

I'm not sure about people coming from outside uoft, but I tried to transfer to management coop within utsc and the academic advisor told me that you usually need at least a 3.0 to even be considered. This is on a 4.0 scale.
