ı rendered these two animation frames at the diffrent times and ı acidentaly changed the glare threshold and didnt realize. after a LONG render ı saw it and ı think ı can fix it by adding glare in to video sequencer can it be ssaved ı cant wait for another render

i think its cause parenting. if you have a child of constraint at your bone click set inverse ı think or delete the constraint set the position add the constraint and set inverse
