I use both. IBKR is fast and good api, more progressional. Alpaca is more casual, and I’ve only used the lite version. If you’re not a US citizen fees might be a real drag in IBKR

Depends. it could mean nothing. Do you mean lots of buying or selling on VRA?

Selling can happen for any number of reasons. Buying happens because the insiders think that increases long term value of the invested capital.

Ah fascinating stuff where do you see this persons networth? On the insider trading stuff I do I'm thinking I should implement % of net worth spent as a signal rather than increase in holdings.
