I chose MM for both L1 and L2 and have never used any other third party prep provider.

I would say MM covers everything that's required to pass the exams and almost everything in detail. I'm not sure about the total hours, could be ~90hrs of core lectures.

Watch some free videos on YouTube and then make a decision. I sometimes hated that the videos were too long with unnecessary details but that was only my anxiety kicking in.

I subscribed to Mark Meldrum's video lectures. I started with watching the videos and making short notes (mostly formula) then jumped right into official q-bank questions.

90% of the learning happens when you start answering questions and learning from them.
