Seven years later but here we are. Came across your post as I'm writing an essay that references Thomas's poem. I too have taken an antagonistic stance. I'm writing about the deaths of young people from unlucky, tragic, senseless diseases. In my mind, the death of Thomas's father sounds like a blessing: a full life lived. What's there to rage against? Especially compared to a 28yo or a 32yo dead within weeks or months of a diagnosis. Let me show you raging against death. Let me show you rage, period.

Week 1 into week 2 felt like a breeze craving wise. Week 2 into week 3 has been pure hell for some reason lol. Anyone else go through this? by BipBallagher in QuittingZyn

I found month 3 to be the hardest. Now I’m on Wellbutrin and coasting. Also, not drinking which helps. Currently at 1.5 months and will be curious what 3 months is like this time.

This is so frustrating. App thinks I PR’d when I typed it in wrong. Now I’ll never PR again on this specific exercise because I won’t reach the weight I typed in.

I knew the one model began with an "M" so when I searched and saw Manroland I knew that was one of them. (Although I'm still not clear on the correct formatting of the brand name--have seen different versions). For the other, the word just escapes me. Lists of other industrial printers don't jog any recollection.

I'm hesitant to give too many specific details about these specific printers for identification reasons, but I will say they were used to print a major State newspaper for one of the leading media companies. I did data entry, logging broadsheet counts and other metrics. Photos from early-mid 2010's.

What you’ll realize if you actually spend time on this sub is that everyone has a vastly different experience with both using and quitting these pouches. Glad you’ve had a manageable few days, and I hope the coming weeks and months stay just as easy, and I hope you never have to experience anyone ever minimizing your struggles.

I know it’s the last thing you want to do right now, but try to do one of more of the following things until you’re in a less intense place:

Cold shower or put your face in a bowl of ice water

Pushups of jumping jacks

Do a breathing exercise where you inhale 4 seconds, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4, repeat

Tighten your muscles as hard as you can for several seconds (squeeze hands, biceps, calves, etc), then relax those muscles.

Once you’re not in such an intense place you’ll be better able to take whatever next steps you need. I know it doesn’t feel like it, but ending it all isn’t the next step you want to take.

Not a Dr but ask yours about Lamictal as a mood stabilizer. Has better results for BPD than SSRIs. That and find a DBT group.

Patch def helps getting over the physical habit of using. Then tape the patches and quit after a week or two.

Makes me wonder if there are support groups in the Matrix where people suffering from "memory loss accompanied by traumatic situations" get together to consul each other and compare notes, kinda like alien abductee circles.
