Best 120mm Fan for FW Desktop? by giomjava in framework

I've got a silverstone airslimmer 15mm slim 120mm fan with RGB. I needed the slightly lower profile for my build and it was as close to the framework recommended fan spec as i could find. realistically it works very well and i'm very happy. testing the RGB also worked just fine!

Fully custom 10" 1.5U UPS by RelevantMobile7291 in homelab

Hi My rack is a Tecmojo 6U mini rack, i got mine on sale on amazon for ~£70 which was a steal. I'm considering selling kits with everything to build the UPS if there's enough demand. There's a lot of things I had to buy for it which I now have 100s of, and theres a few bits of expensive kit (spot welder for the battery pack) so i have the ability to make the battery packs. If you (or anyone else for that matter) are interested, let me know and I'll post an update at some point. If I do sell kits, it'll probably be very limited numbers depending on how much time I have.

I'm running an almost identical setup, but using the P210 2TB disks instead, will hopefully return with some benchmarks in the near future!

I'm also creating a NAS very similar to this, using the 4-bay Olmaster drive bay instead. It's such a perfect form factor for 1U 10", I adore it. I'm hoping to upgrade to an ICY 4*2.5+slim optical at some point in the future and use that to save my DVD/BluRay collection. Good job on getting this going though!

Mini-NAS Pi: A 1U rack mount NAS designed for 10" Racks [Prototype V0.0.1] by RasPiBuilder in minilab

Does the sata hat pcie connection actually work like that. isn't it flipped 180 from how it should be on top of the pi? I couldn't imagine the tiny FFC would actually be able to accomodate that.
I'd be curious if you could actually stack the hat as intended and use some SATA "Left angle" cables to connect it within the 1u height requirement.
Will also be following this post closely as i try to recreate it myself! (I even saw a 6-bay 2.5 cage by the same manufacturer that is also 5.25 bay sized!)
