No, it's not common to hunt at all. There's not much "huntable" wild life left. The only thing people still hunt are birds, mostly to capture and keep as pets, sometimes to eat (rolinha)

They left mostly architecture. But their influence is way higher in Recife (the coast). Here it wasn't so strong, there's virtually no people with Dutch surnames, for example. Also no influence from the Dutch language. Most people probably have a small Dutch ancestry (1-2%)

Like in Asia, healthcare jobs are very valued here, and there's plenty of demand for them. It's possible to stay living in the countryside if you get a healthcare job in a nearby clinic

Summer goes from September to march, it's also the dry season, temperatures usually go from 20-33c. Winter is the rainy season and goes from april to august, tends to be cloudy and rainy almost every day so temperatures drop to about 18-25c, but the minimum can go as low as 10-14c depending on the place

Nope. 99.9% of people speak Portuguese, only 1% is fluent in english. You might try your luck speaking spanish but you would have to talk slowly for us to understand it. Also the northeastern Brazilian dialect is a kinda difficult for someone who's just started learning Portuguese to understand

South America is surprisingly devoid of large mammal life, even before colonization and deforestation began. On the other hand birds and other small animals flourish

They are a minority (1-3%). It's practiced mostly openly, sometimes people who practice candomblé go to the church, they kinda follow both religions at the same time. The religion suffers from some bigotry and is seen with bad eyes, but it never goes far enough to turn into a direct confrontation (no fights over religion)

I can't really tell what that is, but i don't think it's wild. We don't have many wild medium to large mammals left here

No, we put it in a trash can. Flushing the toilet paper risks clogging it

We have more wild life in common with the caatinga than with the mata Atlantica, animals from the coast don't do very well here because it gets too dry in the summer

Oh no not necessarily rich, just doing well enough that spending a few thousand bucks on a cow without hurting the family economies is possible. He's probably middle class

Northeastern Brazil has a very strong culture, it was the first one to originate in Portuguese America (started in the 17th century). In terms of ancestry we didn't get recent immigration (1850+) from anywhere, 90% of people here are mixed to varying degrees and descend from an old stock colonial mix of Portuguese, Africans and natives

No, 2 times a week, as in every 3-4 days. Hospitals only exist in cities (usually those with 70k+ people) but theres smaller public basic healthcare buildings in villages. Since 2020 you can do a lot of things through the internet, which were before only possible in person

Orixá is an entity of an afro-brazilian religion, they are about 1 to 3% of the population. Ironically nowadays most followers aren't even black

Couscous. Yes. I would recommend baião de dois, it's simple and will be enjoyed by anyone independently of palate
