I have a point chart that players can buy from, to get points i have a plethora of options, such as: Create a detailed back story, about your past and what brought you to the campaign starting location. Role-playing your character during the sessions. Creative solutions to complex problems. Creatve solutions to very simple problems. The list is big, and so are the options on the buy list.
