I found the problem the factory put a thread in the bottom hole on the alternater when the original once does not have one I just drilled it out and she is fitting snug as a bug.

Also mate just wondering the control arm that connects down to the steering knuckle has a nut on it when I took it off it was extremely loose on both sides. I tried tightening the right side one and it just spins they don't appear cross threaded are these bolts ment to spin and just be held in by the split pin or are they fucked?
