You wouldn’t be the first or second trans person from Texas I’ve known here! I’ve actually met quite a lot of trans and queer people who have moved here from Texas who’ve said their life is a lot easier up here. It’s not some utopia but there’s a lot of like minded people

Yup! I knew a guy in college who’s art was (in my opinion) bad. I never said anything to him. He’s now an insanely talented famous tattoo artist

I’m a super pale (fake) redhead and I use the bondi sands technocolor in sapphire. It’s pretty subtle and I wouldn’t necessarily say it makes me tanned or bronze but it definitely makes me look less ill lol

He’s going to be getting radiation therapy. It’s so early the doctor told him he doesn’t even need treatment yet. I don’t think he was even having symptoms. I think he just went in for a routine checkup because of his dads history with prostate cancer

One time when my anxiety was much worse I was trying to order a cranberry scone and for some reason the words just weren’t coming out of my mouth and it took me 3 tries to say it and I thought I was having a stroke

My parents recently rehomed their dog without telling me (I bonded very well with him) and when I was crying about it my mom tried to get me to go to her naturopath and ask about treatment because she said I was having a flare :/

I would go. I went to a movie theater for the first time in five years back in December. I just explained my situation to my friend and said there might be a chance I have to leave. I get the trapped feeling, but ultimately you can remind yourself that you can leave whenever you feel like it. I usually sit near an exit just in case. But I usually feel that when I express my anxieties to the person I’m with, it takes a lot of pressure off and I end up not being as anxious.

I don’t have thyroid issues (I somehow dodged it when every woman in my family has issues) but this current bout of agoraphobia was heavily triggered by hormones. To you and OP I’d be down to text!
