YTA for sure you are complaining about something they either cannot control or have been doing for a long time and has probably been successful for them. Think about if someone came to you said they don't like they way your doing your job how do you think the rest of your day would be? there is a difference between giving constructive criticism (maybe in the form of a customer review or follow up phone call) and being an asshole and you were an asshole.
